full rewire

hi,im after a bit of advice,iv been asked to quote a full rewire on a traditional 3 bed semi,can anyone advice on a reliastic price for this work,also what are the average cable usages on an average job .i know it depends on the property but im just after average,thanks

Where we live a company offers in the paper a bargain buster re wire they call it . All in fo 2 k

2 Bed semit with living/kitchen and bathroom fittings included all white plastic .

not mandatory on a rewire, only on new builds and house refurb.

New build is LD2 isn't it? Can't think where i've got this information in my head from but i'm sure it's a requirement somewhere. Unless of course i'm putting refurb and rewire in the same box. They're hardly poles apart in reality considering what else has to be done post rewire plus what defines a refurb?
