depending on the particular situation (if the diyers have been playing),I take it you visit the job beforehand to give the estimate .
yes you can do 3 a day if all you are doing is replacing the board, somebody following to test and cert. the job.
Why do we spend years training, £1000 on fees, schemes, insurances etc to then go and charge a pittance for what is a skilled job, with potentially a lethal killer.
Just because a board costs £50 and takes 3 or 4 hours to fit doesnt mean its worth £150!
There are many jobs that dont appear to be worth peanuts but we dont question them or there rates.
We are skilled tradesman, and if you only browse the broad range of topics on this forum you would appreciate the real knowledge and skills we all have to learn and put into practice every day.

like your quote on DB cahange,,, as that is not a DB change he has posted that is a brand new installation look at the wiring on it,,,some places ya go to to install a new DB the wirin can 4o years old ,,, with old installation there is only so much cable dressing ya can do on,,,,... but is neat job he has done on that DB ....but as for dismantling and fittin a new DB safley even when all goin well on that day takes longer than 45 mins,,,, sorry i only got 10 years experience an i cannot do one in that time,,, change all the tails an earthin there is usually always someting extra needs doin,, ie like 3 or4 circuits jamed into one mcb....lol......You should advertise yourself as a trainer, showing people how to do them as neat as yours if you can do that in 45 mins.
