Good Morning Thread - Come say good morning, tell us what you've got on today. :)

We have this thread on TilersForums.com and it's just been restarted because the old thread had 20,000 replies and 500,000 views. And there were 700 pages. Started to lag a bit on slow connections.

I think we had a bash of this before, but I can't find the thread, so thought I'd start another one off.

If you have time in the mornings, come post in the thread before you head off to work, let us know what you've got on and what the weather is like in your area etc. Anything at all is fine. :)

Posts and likes get counted towards your total stats in this thread.

So GOOOD MORNING PEOPLE - WEATHER IS NICE TODAY IN STOKE. I'M THANKFUL IT'S FRIDAY, HAD A RUBBISH WEEK. THANK GOD IT'S OVER.

I've always been tempted with a boaty on a canal. I regularly look at what's for sale at a local site (Goytre Warf). The canal is 35 miles long which would be fine for a long weekend. Only problem is I would have to take up drinking again ?

Only 6 locks on the whole canal down here. If only I could win the lottery.

I'm quite happy to keep up the drinking. It's just steering something like that which scares me!

Well that’s me out of blue and pink light bulbs…..

Today is a busy one for me. Just back from long beach walk and shortly off to the airport to the Covid test centre to get my PCR pre-flight test prior to returning to UK on Tuesday.
This afternoon I will be drinking the contents of my fridge, sitting in the sun and topping up my tan...I'm hoping to get my normal leg the same deep mahogany as my wooden one.

This morning was tearing into an empty old house ready to start a rewire job. (Not doing it in a day, so don’t ask!)

3 core cables with red, white and blue conductors… no cpc in the lighting and very old newspapers under the carpet.

Although I think mr Perry of East Sussex now regrets the last few lines of his letter!

1982…. And when I get to the other corner of the room, I can see a local publication from 1968!
