Hi just to put this one out there, if anyone is thinking of taking the leap to setting up on their own it may be worth a little look into the goverments preposal of a grant of about £2000 to get you started, although i dont know much more about it, its worth looking up and maybe waiting until the scheme is in place.....

As boring as it may sound i heard it on the commons debate, not an avid watcher just was on in the background when this proposal was mentioned.
 
tis true. if you go on to your local council web and put it in the search it should find it on there for you. Here it comes the BUT you have to provide proof of receipts to claim the money back from them theres allways a catch

You call that a catch unless you were gonna blast it on beer money youll still be able to purchase all the tools you will need etc etc pay upfront and reclaim the money back its better than i got last year which amounts to zilch.
 
Dont no about that 1 ponty. I am goin it alone as a spread and at college doin electrics. I agree with you there darkwood anything is better than nout.
