Grants for advertising?

I got a text message the other day, advertising "GRANTS with NO FEES" (their capitalisation) for marketting costs, from "BizFund". Anyone know if this is real or a scam? Seems too good to be true.

Steer clear of anything unsolicited. There are some real clever scams out there. If it is a genuine government backed initiative, research it independently via official government web sites.

I got one too. Deleted and blocked within ten seconds.

If you google it, 5 posts down you'll see a post form a forum saying it's a scam and leave well alone.

Thanks all for the thoughts. I guess it is a scam. LeeH - I'm not seeing the post you refer to - but neither do I see anything else that seems to relate to these grants, which raises my suspicions about the whole thing.

anything with them $ signs is most likely a scam.
