You sure? Don't look quite level to me.The fixing looks level everything else looks faulty. Instalations like this usually have there own personal tncs conection in an adjacent light switch.

Given the degree of muppetry and f'kwittery that has gone on here, I can't understand why they didn't also snip the cpc off right at the end of the cable. Small mercies,
Because they had no snips, it's hard to use a trowel to chop cables and double up as a screwdriver.

I had a client a couple of years back that thought the L2 on a two way light switch was where the CPC went.....he was a 'proper' engineer allegedly....
