Use your text books find you own answer, if you doubt it post again giving your answer and why you doubt it.

You will get much better responses.

There is one other problem I can see as a possibility.
A large part of the basic electrical/trade C&G qualification relates to communication skills. Nobody on these courses takes any notice of this because it aint cool to be polite and speak proper......and I agree. it is not the responsibility of FE colleges to teach recalcitrant little boys and girls to use a knife and fork.....
