Has anyone used these cylindrical pendants before?

A client asked me to fit them today, I can't see how you could do so safely. The base plate is very small and only one cable could go through the hole. There is only a couple of mill of thread at most to screw the cover onto and as you are screwing you would be twisting the cables inside the cover, they look awful to me, I wouldn't fit them, told her to get something else. The client got annoyed, I don't think I'll be doing the job. Does anyone know how to fit them safely?

Loosen the cable grub screw and hold the cable so it doesn't twist whilst screwing up then tighten the grub screw.
