Piece of cake .... Hacksaw through that 22mm pipe just as it enters the elbow making a vertical cut, then drag the elbow with the pipe attached to the right and forwards away from the plug.
Remove plug from socket and leave the plumber to clear the wreckage .......

Is that a pubic hair stuck to the plug or is it cracked. If it's a pube you could probably identify the plumber with a quick DNA test
