Hi. My heating and boiler are permanently staying on, even when my Horstmann control timer is set to off/auto on timer. Basically, the heating os staying on 24/7. All help appreciated.

Possibly a stuck motorised valve.
Find it on the pipework and give it a tap with a hammer to see if it releases.
If not, then you might need an electrician on site to test the system throughout to find the fault.
