cannot access anything except the forum titles. can't get my profile, can't pm, systems gone into mobile and i can't back to default unless i log out.

Invariably, despite what it says - it's a browser issue and not a server issue.

What it is really trying to say is that it couldn't figure out what the server was telling it to do.

Which browser was that error in?

Your right it's normally down to a bad request, quite often a "get" type form submission that's gone Pete Tong.

Don't you just love PHP

LOL@ nick. to dan tried all that .. no go. it's like normal when i bring up the forum although all the text is very small, but when i log in i get all white with highlights in blue, and the sponsors vertically below the forum titles. these forum titles just give last post, no number of replies or page numbers. i can't got to settings, no option at the bottom of default blue or anything. can't read " likes " . below the sponsors all i get is " log ot, register, full site, top."

Yup......not.

It's fine until you find a browser incompatibility - usually at three in the morning - and it only replicates in one version of a given browser, at a specific resolution, or worse, because some plumb forgot to comment something out, didn't put a closing parenthesis, or missed a semi-colon somewhere :)

well, that's it then. blame bill. LOL. another clue i forgot to mention is, as soon as i log on, at the top i get a wishy-washy v-bulletin which i have to click to get the forums list up.

same on other pc. but i have created a new id and logged on with that and all is ok, except for the small text ( lenny knows about this and will remove the other account as and if i gert this sorted ). so it's got to be the user account. done all the clear cache as dan suggested. it appears to be stuck in mobile style. no option to change.

I got stuck in mobile mode last week but was able to scroll right down to the bottom of the page and found a tab for full site. More by luck than me knowing what i was doing.

it seems like a browser problem. using IE, i get the same format but with bigger text and no option to access page 2 onwards of a thread. going to dump firefox 4 and see what happens.

With a normal login, clear fast browsing everything displaying clearly, I just dont know what thread to look at next!! LOL

Using a Mac only had a problem once when it first went funny.
