Just done a IR test on a light circuit,i test from the C.C.U fluke 1653B,500v, L-E reading 3.17Mohm,is that reading ok?

It passes, why don't you think it is ok??
so the value of 3.17Mohms plus the Ze 0.35, should be recorded in column *12, ZsOne bulb is highly unlikely to give you a reading of 3.17 Mohms
