I think the only course of action is to WRITE a letter which is short, and to the point, questioning the quality of the installation....... then await a response.

The problem is that Councils need to save money, and they get the cheapest monkeys to do the work.

You'd be hoping mad if you had paid the bill!

Have you contacted the council about this? Or even had a independent sparks asses it?

independent sparks here in the morning. Full survey as well....so glad I have house insurance that covers that

woodchip paper is standard for council properties. generally walloped in puke green or yellow.

ceramic tiles.....on 8mm mdf, I know it just gets worse...nobody not even the worst cowboy builder,tiles on mdf
