The pipes may not be conductive but unless it's extremely pure the water in the pipes will be conductive, so that might need bonding.

how do you bond water??? stick a bonded probe through the plastic pipe???

attach a bit of 10mm to a fish and connect to MET

You could do, or you could just bond the boiler, or each tap. You'll need to bond every tap though, because they won't all be linked when the tap is off.
Or you could install a bit of metal pipe to bond to.

Last one like this I ran bond to boiler as all pipes here are copper.

I can only see this was a box ticking exercise but done none the less.
