hi can you help!!
can you tell me what a Bradell or Bridal looks like.
All i know its a tool of some sort used in the electrical field.

A bradell (not sure of spelling) is a hand tool used for making pilot holes in wood.

It's a bradawl, you use it in college and then never ever see one again lol!

correct. used for making pilot holes in wood ( before electric drills came along ). now it's sole useful purpose is getting apprentices moving.

oh, and can come in useful for de-knotting shoe laces.

they are no longer called bradawls they are now called whatever pointy thing you have available

They're excellent for finding joists through ceilings, that's if your neon screwdriver is not available as that's all they're good for.
