I’ve just had a PM with DooDy and mentioned that, being recently distracted, I didn’t get to check on the forum and then got out of the habit - it’s a habit that I like and one I don’t want to lose.

Unfortunately from what I've heard on the grapevine, and as such I can't be 100% in saying this, I don't think he is any longer with us.

What deceased.?, Eng contributed very much to this forum, and I for one respected him.!

As for ENG' I sadly understand he is no longer but I will stand corrected as chinese whispers can be misleading, HT was a staff member when I joined and even popped back into the forum occasionally as I became a staff member but with the upgrade and new forum look came into place all previous staff who no longer contributed on a regular basis were put back to basic member status, I cannot comment on his absence as I didn't really know him but maybe another staff member could enlighten us but from what I hear he also was a good well respected bloke.

He was a very nice person too.
Years ago on another forum he offered to find and look up a mate for me that I had lost contact with in Cyprus. I was very grateful for his compassion , and I for one will remember him fondly .
