Just curious really!

I had to cut some a few years ago. Today while reading 7671 I got to a section about it and it reminded me of the nightmare I'd had trying to go through the armour.

What does everyone here use to cut the stuff?

the nightmare I'd had trying to go through the armour.

Isn't that kind of the idea of armoured cable?
I used a pair of cutters (not the conventional side cutters, they had half moon blades if that make sense) and both hands to get through some the other day, no idea how to actually work with the stuff though, strip it and so on.

i use one of those kewtechnik blade runner SWA cutters, bit of an arse to start with but once you get the hang of them they are pretty smart.

Used to struggle with a hacksaw, then realised the blade was shot. Now used a new blade every time and it make lifr easy. The jubilee clip for larger stuff does sound like a plan though
