To be honest personally I'd recommend you don't ... you get what you pay for with LED and although you don't need the brightest if you're only replacing 25w (a warm white 3W LED would probably suffice) you're still looking at over £10 per lamp for the decent units. Also do you need them to be dimmable?, if so this will add to the cost of them.
What is your reason for wanting to change to LED - if it's energy efficiency then the cost saving will most probably pay for the outlay of the lamps themselves in a relatively short time.
