Good find! Yeah his account suggests their advice is spot on I bet if you looked. It all sounds like alien speak to me so I wouldn't be able to say but you should find loads of good posts and or threads.

(The first post in a thread you create can get a lot of likes - if anybody is wondering how to improve on their 'reputation' you could post an interesting opinion piece on something, can have 10+ likes in one post then for eg)

Large amount of likes but more posts than likes. So would possibly be "nearly Esteemed".

Edit: I think his account looks like it has been manually changed for some reason but can't confirm or deny that. Thats just what it looks like to me.

What about mentor :)
You'd need to be Esteemed minimum really (new entries anyway) and actually help trainees by way of setting helpful mock tests and things.

It's a big commitment it isn't just a badge that one mate.
