Hello, im a new user, sorry if i posted in the wrong place just seemed like a high viewed forum.

Anyway im a student at college currently doing level 1 NVQ which is 2 days a week for 1 year.
I was thinking as i have so much free time why dont i look for an apprenticeship but the course started in september and were 4 months in now and if i was to get an apprenticeship near the first 1 or 2 months the college would put me on a part time day (1 day a week 2 year) level 2 course, but as i reckon its abit too late, i was wondering would i be able to take an apprenticeship for 3 days a week until i finish level 1 (end of june) then maybe do 4 days from sept while i do a part time day level 2 in september.

Thanks for any info

Its always worth applying to companies for apprenticeships, now I know in this climate its not easy but you must keep the letters going, A lot of money has been pumped into apprenticeships, but unfortunatly I think in the wrong places. But advice would be to think possitive, keep trying, one lucky break may come your way....good luck for the future its a great industry

I have PM a list of contractors who take apprentices with London area, all good firms i work for
