info sought just bought storage unit where electrics been disconnected by warrant

Hi Guys I have just bought myself a wee fixer upper storage unit in fife .The unit has previously had mains electric but was disconnected in may 2012 according to a card i found next to the meter box . At some stage i might fancy getting the mains reconnected even if its just for decent lights but am wary that the standing charge might not justify the expense of getting it reconnected and rewired .the electrics look approx 30 years old to my untrained eye and the units got some internal vandalism from that era .

Anyone got a similar unit to give me an idea of the costs of the leccy standing charge per quarter

my next thoughts might be a couple o big van batteries and some 12v led strips ?
