Hi i would like to know if is possible to install 10 electric shower (8.5kw) in one hotel if is possible what changes do I have to make to the general electrical distribution board

Easy, 500L(ish) tank and a pumped circulation.

Yes...but that's not the same as 10 Electric showers. It's 0 Electric Showers, and unless tank is electrically heated (daft) no stress on the electrical supply

Most likely not !
Not without significant upgrades to your main DB and power feed.
Not cheap not easy but do-able.

what is your current service rated at ?
what is your current loading ?
is your service single phase or three phase ?
