Is there a new test due??

Hi I was speaking to a couple of electricians on site today and they said they had read about a new test which will be required soon, which is an RCD x10 test as well as x1/2, x1, & x5

Has anyone else heard this?

If there was I think it would have been brought out when the 17th came into force.
