Is this correct.............

Morning just wondered if this is correct in the 1 and 2. Haven’t touched the power supply cables just changed the water pump wiring as ordered a new pump. Thanks

1.you need to check which of the terminals 1 and 2 is L and which is N. voltmeter will read 230V L-E and 0V N-E.
2.reterminate the L and N input cables. they are horrendous. more copper on show than in my local nick canteen.

As tel says get them terminated, maybe with some fork crimps.

arrgh.thought you said four crimps.

A couple of glands would also be nice to give some strain relief and stop the weight of the cables hanging on the terminations.
