[ElectriciansForums.net] Is this installation what Wago had in mind

OK, its above the ceiling, but the same individual did the same before he dropped a connection on the RFC below the floorboards ...........

Not convinced that the MF rating is achieved by the tape ............. but willing to be persuaded.....

I'm a bit new to wago , have seem them before , and used similar on panels (control wiring )
Obviously tested tried and tested
What's everyone's opinion on them as oppose a screw terminal
Are they fail safe
Anyone had problems with them

Use them ( or their equivalents) all the time now. Only had one problem where the use of a "push in" Wago was causing a high r1 reading on a ring final circuit.

No problems and a lot less stress than junction box screws when you are balanced above wads of insulation, and mouse droppings in a roof space on a hot day with wasps and blue bottles buzzing around.

Customers should always be reminded to remove all corpses from loft spaces, before work commences...;)

I love wagos, the only PITA is when using the push connectors with cpc so I prefer the lever connectors with those.
snipe nosed pliers solve that problem.
