Hey guys, just wondering if this installation is ok? the neutral can get isolated on the main circuit which if the second circuit is not isolated would mean there is no return for the second circuit. the isolator switches are individual, each iso switch switches the L and N at the same time (its actually two isolators in one shell)

If things are as your diagram, then all is well, but your text throws doubt on whether it really is a four pole isolator.
It's quite common for multipole lever operated devices to be made up of single pole devices riveted together with a crimped on profile or a pin linking all the levers together, so that they all operate together.

If the markings are as you say above, then it does look like it's two separate isolators, in which case the neutral block should be between the meter and isolators, with a neutral fed to each isolator.

yeah so this is the way i would do it but one of the guys said you can do it the diagram way if for whatever reason its not possible to. im not sure it sits well with me if the iso can be independently switched. im thinking maybe heat build up at the switched lines terminations

If the isolators are independent of each other, then the way it is wired in your diagram is unsatisfactory and dangerous for the reason you said in your OP.
