JG UFH wiring control box no power

I have a JG JGWC wired control centre which has lost power. Have been advised it is discontinued and replacement is JGWC4 which is differently wired internally?
Top is current one now discontinued
Bottom replacement one

It wont have lost power because it is a discontinued panel and JG have brought out a replacement panel!

Layout slightly different but same terminals/connections by look of it!

Think you need to establish why it has lost power as likely the replacement panel wont work either.

I'll take a guess that the transformer on the original panel has popped its thermal fuse. These wiring centres often get placed in positions where the ambient temperature can reach 50C or so, and that, combined with the heat produced by the Tx in its normal operation, can take its temperature past the fuse's popping point.

Didn't mean it had lost power due to it being discontinued! Meant old panel was better and new had different wiring etc. Can't work out y it's lost power as electrician had a look and fuses within panel ok. Also all wires have power.

The control box is normally always lit up monitoring the UFH however no lights on display and no UFH.

No both fuses test ok

Can you post a photo of the connected new panel with all terminations clear in the photo

Not changed to new board, reason i posted was if anyone had similar problem with JG Control panel going out.

Is it possible to access the thermal fuse, I would rather try to fix any issue with current panel as too much messing around changing wires over to new board which I'm not to keen on. Anyone local in Derby would be good ţo check it out
