job interview..

hey guys,

Looks like my luck might be changing. *fingers crossed* I have a job interview tomorrow and would like to hear from those who have previously been to a few job interviews to get a feel of whats expected.

Would they be the average run of the mill type questions like what are your strengths or weaknesses etc?

Have any of you ever been thrown a curve ball question in terms of what would be the expected value of such n such... or what are the fundamental principals of ....whatever?

Im a tad bit nervous as ive only been in the game for somewhat 2 years...

It would be good to hear from those of you who have been through a few interviews or even have conducted a few interviews.. im keen to read your replies..

any help would be much appreciated.

regards,
nick

When the rate of pay question came upin an interview I always used to make a bit of a joke of it
Interviewer-"what sort of hourly rate are you looking for?"
Me "Oh, I'd like Alan Shearer's rate please but what were you thinking of? I think we can probably agree somewhere"
Usually eased a little tension and put a little smile on the guys face
