Provides electrical engineering support to maximize efficient and safe operation of a demanding production line. Can Identify and implement plans to reduce utilities cost by eliminating unnecessary losses. Able to support the Engineering team in an Electrical role dealing with issues as they arise, proactively minimizing recurring problems along with maintaining and improving systems. A team wide culture of generating and implementing continuous improvement is in place. Willing to participate in the development of the Engineering teams’ performance ensuring compliance with personnel policies and procedures. Confident and competent in the use of PC, PLC, and all types of electrical systems. To adhere to all Health and Safety legislation and to actively promote a safety culture associated with a high demanding production environment . To keep up to date and familiar with current electrical regulations (BS 7671) . Able to Set good example and drives safety performance through behaviors of team specifically the wearing of PPE.
