Just finished the shower cubicle an wife keeps getting shocks????? Help!

Hope you like my tiling but im struggling to work out why shes getting shocks, ive checked the bonding and everything?

Looks like an american board with black square d breakers. Probally permitted in the NEC, because I know that have socket outlets beside your bathroom sink is the norm in the states. But then the voltage is only 120 lol!
