they contacted me yesterday regarding work in devon.
have recived some paper work from them by email but it looks a bit micky mouse to me.

The single page web site I have just found them on doesn't look too impressive,but at least they dont want money direct off you, so its payment for your services you provide that may be in doubt

to follow up
went to their job today..it was for boots the chem and involved a pi on a flat above one of their shops.
as it happened it had been empty for 2 or 3 years and had £400 debit on the key meter!
on the phone they have told me that they will pay for my time today ie call out fee...and get me to return and test next week.

not quite sure what to make of it yet but i think its worth the time for just a test to see....

will post the result

contacted me over the phone, im guessing they found me through google. the job was to attend a flat above santander - just a silly loose connection that was tripping mcb . i invoiced them for that and gave them 30 days to pay ( only 5 days in ). the bloke who rang said they have the contracts for all flats above hsbc, santander, coral etc etc.
not sure how to play this one really they say they have loads of work and have emailed me some job sheets to look at?!?!?! as someone above said - i'll give them a go - if they muck me about i wont bother anymore.

New to the forum, so hello!
A friend of mine has carried out some works for these guys within last few weeks around London area above santander's. He hast been paid yet but I guess it hasn't been the 30 days yet.
But he's put them in touch with me to quote for a rewire on a flat above a Santander, but until somebody out there's been paid by them, I'm not interested!
So basically have you guys been paid yet, and how much roughly was the invoice amounts? as obviously the rewires gonna be a few grand and I'm still dubious even if he has paid out a couple of quid here and there.

Hi just joined this forum. I carried some work out for these guys a few weeks ago. My invoice totalling £580.00 . I still have not received payment to this date. I have contacted them and have been told it is being dealt with still nothing. We are now considering taking the matter futher. The propertys usually are owned by big companies this will be our next step. I am sure that these large companies would be interested where bad publicity is concerned.
