Used to use 1kw PAR 64 floor cans (that's a lamp, btw) for making toast, heating pizza..... Always wanted to chuck some 400A camlock ends straight off a genny on bypass into a barrel of water to see how long it would take to boil but never quite mustered the courage!

Quite good at chopping pvc conduit into knives and forks!

Mmm..nice bits of crunchy grinding disk in your sandwich!

I,personally like to carve the turkey at christmas with a makia 18v reciprocating saw. Does the same job as one of those electric carving knives..

Very many moons ago when I was an apprentice, we had a small homemade oven that was used to heat pies etc. I actually put a pork pie in to heat...because I didn't know any better! It were bloody disgusting and I barely managed half a mouth full of it.
None of the others in that tea room said a thing. They just sat and watched me do it.

I've microwaved pork pies before, they come out quite nice, and as a bonus that revolting jelly melts and runs out, too. I was disgusted a while ago to learn that they deliberately put the jelly into pork pies (to quote Catherine Tate's Gran: "the dirty b**tards!"), I always assumed it was an unfortunate by-product of the cooking process.
