Kinve panel thoughts/experience

Just spoke to Crusader, many thanks for the call Adam. Seems that there is an aspect to the Zurich cover that needs to be clarified by Kinve on their datasheets. Although the detailed info above confirms that the performance warranty is covered by Munich RE only, their datasheet could be read to suggest that the Zurich insurance is also linked to a performance warranty - which is incorrect and needs to be clearer. I'll leave this in Kinve's court as whilst I do believe that they are providing a well-rounded level of insurance cover, they provisions and limitations of this cover from each provider are not clear on the datasheets, which could cause some confusion, and concern from Zurich themselves.

I have imported hundreds of solar modules from Kinve Solar over the past few years but as soon as I have a warranty problem with 20 of their 200W solar modules having the EVA gone yellow, and waiting for them for 3 months to get anywhere near a decision, they now have effectively washed their hands of the problem. This makes a farce of the warranty offerered and third party insurance on warranty offered by some Chinese manufacturers.
Has anyone else had similiar problems with Kinve Solar?
