Just in case anyone is interested, it's my last day at work tomorrow, bitter sweet memories, could be some tears, I think not, can't wait.

No mate far from it, 69 next July, please no stupid sexual innuendos

Would we even dream of such a thing on a thread where due respect is given

Dreams of future pleasure should not need you to retire in order to get in shape for the event

I think I'd symbollically cut into something live to blow a bloody big hole in them so they were unuseable :)

Trev, maybe Pete should work with DS for a day, thats all it would take  (yes worked him with today and it only took 10 mins before something bad happened pmsl). Private joke but Trev is chuckling right now  I'm still seeing the "flash"!!

Did he tell you about blowing a hole in mine mate? To be fair he had pulled the lighting fuse, pity it was on a 30 amper :)

Yes he did and today's were better than that!!!! I'm going to buy him a volt pen for Xmas, if he last that long?

Shame your busy Trev. You, DS, me and Phil would have a brilliant laugh, well it has been so far. Look forward to working with you again man.

(trying to get this important thread back on track)..... I bet Pete never had a "gaffer" blowing up his snips every 2nd week?

mine can never find his snips (i keep mine in my pocket and tell him dont have any on me)

i didnt need a voltage indicator the sparks showed it was live

So you think your method is safe and acceptable? Sorry mate but you'd be down the road if you did that in a lot of places I've worked. Most in fact.
Safe iso is there for a reason, it works.
