Hope you don't consider this off topic. FITs are paid by the Energy Companies, not the Treasury. A proportion of everyone's energy bill funds FITs, other renewable obligations plus other Government initiatives. This is a standard proportion. If the money is not spent on FITs where is it going?? Either into higher profits for the Big6 or to be diverted by the Government to prop up the already disastrous Green Deal, or both.

Apparently Lamb is to be led to the slaughter after allegedly Huhne WAS caught by a solar powered Speed Camera and if the rioter that got 6 months for a bottle of water was just? Unfortunately the CPS recommends a maximum of 2 years for perverting the course of justice whereas the actual maximum is LIFE(Well he has wrecked so many!). :gunsmilie:

Not 100% confirmed as yet Chris but pretty likely. Ed Davey does have pretty good Green credentials which "should" be good for the industry. We'll see......
