Hi guys,
Might be a silly question but I cant seem to find a definitive answer anywhere but Is there an issue with branching from a radial lighting circuit?

Reason I couldn't just wire them in series is because I am restricted on circuit length. I personally cant see why this would be a problem as long as the combined current demand wouldn't exceed cable/protective device parameters?

I would be using 16 LED's with .9A current draw, totalling 14.4A, applying diversity for a hotel would give me 10.8A.

no restriction regs. wise about branches off a radial. and i assume you meant parallel, not series,

sorry mate forgot to attach the pic, and also another maybe daft question, but total circuit length would just be from the protective device - to the furthest point on the supply.

You would have thought they'd have a switch to flick on and off to engage an override. Not on each PIR but an actual light switch
