Looks cleaner than mine.

the thread on my threaded axle is worn, and the pneumatics don’t work great

It's in really good condition, and all the pneumatic work as well. It was one of my better ebay purchased!

One of the trickier sets to build I reckon - some sections could be clearer (peg locations etc.)

Also I think the rubber belts have weakened though - the arm tends to drop too easily.

Now I’ve got all mine built, I keep finding snapped original rubber bands.
The girls had a fad of collecting loom bands a few years ago, still got plenty spares.

Day 74

another monster. Set 8265, another that has extra instructions for adding motors, but this is a recent acquisition so not tried yet.

Day 77, and well…..I’m not at home, so I’ve not got any photos ready to upload. Normal service will resume on Monday.

So, I’m currently here.

means it’ll be my job to help navigate a 56ft long narrow boat up 13 canal locks to the Falkirk Wheel.

At first glance I thought they are good Lego horses.

So this would have been Day 77…
Set 8048.

Quite popular set this with big chunky tyres, steering, front and rear suspension, pistons and lifting roof.

I’ve actually got bits to nearly make 4 of these. Every time I pick up a cheap or free box of random from eBay or fb marketplace, there seems to be bits of this contained therein!
