Can anyone shed any light. Just done loop test with fluke L-N-E setting L-PE. Reading was 8.66 ohms. Have reported high reading to DNO who sent engineer out. He then tested two wire L-E and read 0.13 ohms. this iss not the first time with high reading on my tester and has recently been calibrated. Am I doing something wrong ??

but on the fluke if you don't use three wire it shows error and as well as being in the instructions, most of the time it is not a problem. This is the second time DNO have disputed the reading though
