on every string, or did the fault from one string show up on the others as well?

Pvman can you elaborate more on the connectors being at fault? Was it MC4's that you created or was it actual panel connectors?

changed all the MC4 connectors and their panel equivalent. Still had an issue with the larger inverter and ended up having to slightly reduce the RISO setting.

Thanks pvman, that is very helpful. We changed all the MC4 on a split array system yesterday and managed to push the fault from on array to the other. Our feeling is there is more to this than wet MC4. We inspected each of the MC4 and they looked far from wet internally.
