ample current

Is it ok to clamp 10mm earth cable to the gas pipe then to the water pipe and then to the Installation earthing terminal or do the have to be sepatete cables, the cable runs are about 3m.

Many thanks in advance
Mark

but to clarify,u can use the armouring as main protective bonding conductor as
long as it is of sufficant CSA in relation to the size of main protective bonding conductor required though !

so how do you know the values they spill out arnt overkill on there part.. 2 mm of copper can take upto 100A which i didnt know untill i started reading regs, i know no relevence, but theres loads out there that dont know why they do something but know its the way to do it

that k1/k2 x s(line conductor) formulae you use do u not i.e 115/51 x 6mm =13mm csa in steel armour
but to clarify,u can use the armouring as main protective bonding conductor as
long as it is of sufficant CSA in relation to the size of main protective bonding conductor required though !
ive shattered my brain for one day

thery are quite probably are over kill because how many larger installations with small sub feeds to other buildings etc are there like this and i personal have never seen any issuses caused by the incorrect size of armouring being used as a main protective bonding conductor.

but its regs and it gives us some f***IN problems
