Are maintaince free junction boxes safe to use under floor boards? Will one rated at 32 amps be suitable for use on a ring main? Any brands you recommend?

I exhaust all other avenues before putting maintenance free (MF) junction boxes under floorboards as, put simply, it's never going to be as good as a continuous length of cable. However, sometimes you have to.

I use wagobox http://www.wago.ltd.uk/enclosures/wagobox/ (not wagobox light as these are not MF). Plus they require a cable tie around them in the given slot to be deemed MF. Also they must only be used with correct wago terminals for the given box.
