Hi all can anyone help me get my max D calculations down to under a 100a not sure if ive compltely got the wrong end of the stick with the maths any ideas would be greatley welcomed. Ive attached jpeg below, please double click on image to view.

well realistically then lets say its a 100a cut out we calculate MD to be 110a but use our infinite wisdom to put down MD 80a 6 months later they blow the main fuse.

What happens to us?. I don't think its the end of the world and I think it seldom happens.

Does anybody here work for the suppliers, how often do you have to replace blown main fuse's?. I have spoken to somebody who has woprked for EDF and he said it doesn't happen.
