Can the hive mind tell me where I can source the meter tail grommets that pack a 16mm insulated/sheathed tail up to 25mm? The Henley block knockouts are for 25mm cable and I want to maintain the IP rating for existing 16mm.
I may use heatshrink as a solution but I know these things exist because I’ve seen DNO/Meter fitters with them in the past

thanks in advance

They will improve the ip rating to an acceptable level

I've never felt the need to improve the IP rating of a Henley block. Am I missing out on something ?

the knockouts in the thermoset plastic are for 25mm.Some have terminals at the top and bottom and a combination of top entry and existing 16mm tails leaves a tiny gap. Not unsafe, but ingressable.
Maybe I should have mounted them sideways ?

Ah right. I've only ever used the ones with all the entries on one side of the block

Strike me down, but the proteus blocks have replaceable shields for unused ways.... handy if you take out tails and are left with a hole.

strike me down again for suggesting wrapping insulating tape around the cable to bulk it out a bit
