I've recently got the MI3100SE and I'm slowly getting to grips with all the functions.

Good testers and I have used the MI3000's in the past which were solid bits of kit.

They have their quirks but all testers do.

Good kit for the price.
 
Yes I have got one of them. Had it for a though years now the only problem I find is the leads seam to ware out giving higher and higher reading . Its ok for continuity testing as you can null the meter but the zs reading always seem to be on the high side. Also there doesn't seam be a shoulder strap for it although the magnet on the back comes in handy as the meter will hold itself up if there is some 4 inch trunking next the DB ?

It gives me the option to carry out electrode testing using the fall potential method. It also has memory function for some tests carried out but I find a pen and paper much easier.
