I have 2 Mira dual valve vision showers. The remote control for the Vision model has been discontinued, so I bought a Mira Platinum dual controller, as I was told they are compatible. The issue is that as I have 2 showers, I have somehow managed to pair the new remote control with the wrong shower! So I have one shower without a remote control paired to it and one shower now has 2 remote controls paired to it!!! I've turned off the power to both, and then turned on the power to the shower that doesn't have a remote control paired to it, and tried to connect it, but this doesn't seem to help. Is there a way to reset the remote and ensure I connect to the correct shower please? Thanks in advance

Get a bath?

I'd like to point out that this post is purely for Post of the Month. Obviously.

See post #9 🤔 but now I see it didn't seem to work for the OP! Also doesn't seem to help cancel the incorrect pairing.
Wish I hadn't bothered 🤪
But better than suggesting a bath. Obviously.
