my local wholesaler has a special on MK 10 way boards at the moment 65 quid including 2 rcd's and breakers. seems good to me.
what are they like on quality and to work with? always use hager myself so not much experience of mk although a quick look at the board atthe wholesaler and it looked ok with enough space etc.

Use them all the time - I think they are pretty good as you can configure them how you want -
You just cut the busbar to suit - far better quality them some I `ve seen , though I don`t think they are quite as solid as the hager

I use them all the time. There's plenty of room to work in them. Pretty much future-proof when the regs eventually change again as everything is interchangeable or upgradable. The prices on MK CCU's have come down a fair bit over the years and i'm glad to see that the price of RCBO's has also reduced to nearly half what they were.

anyone know what the old MK metal consumer units are called. I need a 45A MCb for a job I am doing. The busbar connects on the front screw.

My local are chucking out 2.5 twin&skin for £50!!!!!!!!!!! I nearly fell over.:(

i picked up some cable from a very popular orange shed other day whilst browsing the gardening section...!

£20 quid for 50m.... considering i never need a single length over 50m i got a few..!!
