It will be fine, the switch won't be subjected to a current above its rating. The circuit just won't work as the MCB should trip.

The OP was asking a reasonable question (albeit for maybe questionable reasons) - 10A is the rating PER SWITCH - simple enough answer, move on.... He then says that he's going to be using each switch to operate a separate load, one is 2kW and the other is 1kW. At no point does he say 3kW. Moving on... he then says that each cct is going to be on a separate RCBO, each at a rating suitable for that load. At no point does he mention MCB's, so there won't be any to trip. Move on........
There's no point in trying to answer a question if you either don't know the answer or can't be bothered to pay attention to the question!!
How is it the perfect solution you haven't even seen the job or know what the customer has specified lol
