The statutory document is "The Electricity at Work Regulations 1989". However The Memorandum of Guidance on the Electricity at Work Regulations 1989 is basically an annotated copy of the regulations, and the document that the scheme providers insist on you having.

Ha ha, I've not seen that one before, though I have seen this.
