It's most certainly a solenoid valve, but not necessarily pneumatic.Can't make out the detail due to resolution of image, but looks like a pneumatic solenoid valve?
The tubing is connected to a blower or vacuum unit into the single opening and then run into an air pressure sensing switch with an an adjustable set point. One of the tubes is connected to the the low and the other the high.I think we need to know what it’s connected to electrically, and it’s function.
The symbol on it describes what sort of valve it is, but it’s too blurry. Another photo would help.
It won’t matter if it’s pneumatic, hydraulic or a beer line….. it has a function, and with only 3 ports, I’d suggest a changeover valve (like a two way switch)

Thanks for identifying the device. Wish I had a better picture, its from a video with low res. Here is another image of the device from a different side, thing that might help is there is a red dot on the side of the device.Yeah it's a pneumatic valve. Can you post a better photo so we can make out the symbol printed on it.
