Yeah but if i'm doing the same job as a time served electrician then i should be getting the same money. If i can't possibly be worth electrician money then i shouldn't be doing electrician work.

join a TU PDQ before you do anything the TU won't/ can't help retrospectively, by doing what the bosses want you have agreed
